Isabella from Phineas and Ferb, Disney's newest hit cartoon about wacky kids and their even wackier adventures, is without a doubt a born leader. Her charisma, determination, and strong bonds with her comrades are all testaments to her greatness as a Fireside Girls Troop Leader, and Fireside Girls everywhere.
Isabella is a honest and hardworking little girl with a big heart, and will do anything for her friends. Through this she is able to instill fierce loyalty in her fellow scout members. She is willing to take on any challenge(2:12) no matter what it is either, even if it is impossible. She sticks to her guns and will accomplish any goals she puts forth for herself and her friends.
As said above, she has people skills. When interviewing someone yesterday so that he could be awarded a scholarship he said a leader is one who knows how to bring out the best in everyone in the group. I agree with this statement and I also believe that Isabella does this remarkably well. In the episode where she needs to find the only tree in the world that has the sap sticky enough for one of Baljeet's school projects, she is able to raise the morale of her friends when all seemed lost (see loyalty link).
My favorite characteristic about her is without a doubt her determination. She will go through hell in back for her friends, Phineas especially, and all with a smile on her face. The only thing she asks for in return is that her friends, again Phineas especially, get what it is that they desire, but a Fireside Patch wouldn't hurt either.
A flaw of hers would probably be her overachieving personality. She tries to carry a lot of weight on her shoulders, epically if Phineas asks her for something, and is relentless in her achieving of said task. In doing so she rarely thinks about her own needs or safety, and puts her self in some tough situations.
Even with that being said, I still see her as flawless as someone can be. Shes someone with the ability bring people together in ways never seen before and accomplish any task. Although she is short and young, Isabella is someone we can all look up to.
